These baked wedges are a great side to your meal, and can also be enjoyed on their own as a snack. This delicious treat is also kid-approved!!!
INGREDIENTS
Sweet Potatoes, 2 to 3, scrubbed and cut into wedges
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice, or Cinnamon
1 tbsp Cole's Cajun Spice
Oil
METHOD
1. Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil with wedges
2. Boil for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and allow to sit for 3 to 5 minutes, in the colander
3. Line a baking sheet, place wedges in a single layer (for best results, use a wire oven rack)
4. Season wedges with spices and oil
5. Bake in the preheated oven, at 400 degrees, for 15 to 20 minutes - flipping them halfway through
6. Salt and Pepper to taste
