These burgers are AMAZING!!! They come together really quickly and have an amazing smokey flavour thanks to the peppers.

INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP flax seed
1 cup beans (I used black beans)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 TBSP chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
1 clove garlic smashed/minced
1tbsp veggie cure
1 TBSP oil
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
toasted burger buns, and all the fixings!
METHOD
Coarsely mash your beans in a large bowl and set aside. For added texture, you can leave some of the beans in tact.
Add your flax, pumpkin, chopped chipotle peppers, garlic, and onion to the beans and season with veggie cure, then stir to coat.
Next grab your oats, I pulse some down and leave some whole for texture
Add a tablespoon of oil and stir in your oats.
Form even patties, I got 4 large patties that could have easily been 6 regular size burgers
Place burgers onto a plate, cover with foil or cling wrap and refrigerate as you prep your burger buns and toppings.
Cook at 350 degrees for a few minutes on each side until you're left with a golden crust, and a warm center.
