Free delivery (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) on order over $20 within our Toronto delivery zone
$5 Flat rate applies to orders under $20 within the delivery zone
All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered before 8 pm, conditions permitted
All orders are contactless, and will be left at the door or building concierge (if permitted)
Fresh foods/bakes are available to customers within the Toronto delivery zone only due to the fresh nature of these goods.

Help us sustain an eco-conscious operation by returning clean thermal bags, and rinsed jars/container/lids, for packaging to be sanitized and re-purposed
Water orders will be delivered every Thursday/Friday; arrangements can be made for alternative delivery with a fee

Orders placed by customers outside of the Toronto delivery zone will be shipped within 24 hours of production (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) using Canada Post
Order over $100will receive free shipping

REST OF CANADA & INTERNATIONAL

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of production (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, but they report delays could be occurring. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties, etc.
Orders over $100 in Canada will receive free shipping
Orders over $150 in United States will receive free shipping
