These chocolate filled cookies look absolutely beautiful with a powdering shell that cracks in the oven!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- Cole's Cookie Kit
METHOD
1. Cream ½ cup butter with sugars (1) with electric mixer
2. Add 2 eggs and vanilla (2), beat
3. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt (3), combine
4. Add chocolate chips, and gently incorporate
5. Roll cookies into tablespoon balls and place on a baking sheet
6. Place in the fridge/freezer for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours
7. Take cooled balls out of fridge/freezer
8. Re-roll balls into granular sugar (4) and then powdered sugar (5)
9. Place powdered balls onto baking sheet
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
