Roasted Potatoes

This roasted potato recipe makes a wonderfully crispy, and full of flavour, side dish!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

1. Wash and Cut your potatoes before placing them in a colander of water, to boil

2. Bring to a boil, and boil until softened

3. Drain and allow for potatoes to sit for 5 minutes

4. Place potatoes on a lined baking sheet 

5. Place on a lined baking sheet

6. Sprinkle, liberally, Roasted spice blend and drizzle oil, to coat

7. Place in pre-heated oven at 425 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes; golden brown

 

***I have also been experimenting with no parboiling - sometimes I just don't want to make up all the dishes and fuss. So, I've been placing them in a cast iron and 'searing' the potatoes for a bit of crust, before putting them into the oven for the same time
