These are one of my favourite holiday cookies, because it has the warm tones of the holidays but it isn't too decadent to enjoy more than one, or in concert with other tasty treats!
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup, plus 2 tbsp of butter
- Cole's Cookie Kit
- 1 egg
METHOD
- Cream ¾ cups, plus 2 tbsp, butter with sugar (1)
- Add maple syrup (2) and 1 egg, beat
- Add flour, baking soda, spices, and salt (3), combine
- Roll dough into balls and roll in a bowl filled with the cinnamon sugar (4)
- Drop cookies on a lined baking sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins
