Ditch the turkey and opt for this vegetarian version, infused with sage and topped with some mushroom gravy, you'll barely notice the difference!
Okay, you will, but I am telling you, this is an amazing substitute to the traditional turkey fare of Thanksgiving. Give it a try this holiday season and let me know how it goes!
INGREDIENTS
1 head cauliflower, bite size
2 to 3 tbsp of clarified butter
1 shallot, minced
2 garlic, minced
2 tsp Sage Medley
Dash of salt
METHOD
Heat butter in a cast iron skillet
Add shallot, garlic, and sage
Add cauliflower and sprinkle Cole's Kitchen Sage Medley, and salt
Coat the cauliflower and lightly sear, about 5 minutes
Place cast iron directly into a preheated oven, at 400 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes – until golden
*if you do not have a cast iron you can sear off in a pan and then place on a lined baking sheet
