Quick and Easy Pumpkin Energy Balls

30 minutes breakfast easy energy energy ball fall fall kit fall recipes healthy nuts on the go pumpkin quick seeds snack

These come together really quickly and are super easy to make, and not to mention delicious! 

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup coconut flakes or shavings

½ cup nut butter

1/3 cup Cole's pumpkin puree

¼ cup dates or raisins

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp Cole's pumpkin spice

 

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl

Form into mini balls

Chill for 30 minutes, in the fridge
