These come together really quickly and are super easy to make, and not to mention delicious!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup coconut flakes or shavings
½ cup nut butter
1/3 cup Cole's pumpkin puree
¼ cup dates or raisins
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp Cole's pumpkin spice
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
Form into mini balls
Chill for 30 minutes, in the fridge
Enjoy!
