Using Cole's Kitchen Jerk Kit, this meal comes together with little to no effort!!! You can easily modify the portions of this dish whether it is being enjoyed as a side, or the main star!
INGREDIENTS
Oil
2 to 3 cans of beans (I normally have 1 can per person since this is our main)
1 tbsp Cole's Jerk Rub
2 tbsp Cole's Jerk Marinade
1 - 2 cups vegetable stock
METHOD
1. Heat a skillet, then add oil
2. Add beans and season with Cole's Jerk Rub, cook for 3 to 5 minutes (once spices become aromatic)
3. Add Cole's Jerk Marinade, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
4. Add just enough stock to just about cover the beans
5. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat - stir occasionally
6. Cook until sauce is reduced and thickened 20 to 30 minutes
Enjoy with some festivals and kale chips
