INGREDIENTS
2 cans chickpeas (mash 75%)
3/4 cup mayo
1 celery, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
1 shallot, minced
1 tbsp SAGE MEDLEY
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 lemon, juiced
Salt to taste
Spinach, Tomatoes, Cheese for garnish
METHOD
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix really well
