Carrots are readily available throughout the year, so it is a great idea to become acquainted with these carotene rich sticks of gold!!! This is just one of the many ways we enjoy our carrots!
Handful of carrots, per person
1. In a cast iron, fill with water and bring to a boil
2. Place prepared carrots into boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain
3. Place oil in cast iron, return the carrots and season with SAGE MEDLEY
4. Toss to coat before finishing in the 400 degree oven, for 10 to 15 minutes
